Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on May 8 received a favorable judgment in the case against Rosa Cingari and Domenico Cingari who were sentenced to 12 years and 8 years imprisonment respectively for making a false statement in immigration applications, conspiracy, and mail fraud.
